Rev. Bill Fleming welcomes Seafarers

The Ralph L. Garret Seafarer's Center is meant to be a safe, wholesome and helpful haven in port. We are conveniently located, close to the docks in the heart of downtown Chelsea. At the center, seafarers can call home, use the internet, gets books, clothing or snacks; play games and just hang out. We love a full center.
