the North
I-295 South: take Exit 7, the Franklin Arterial.
Go straight on Franklin, up and over a hill, through several lights to Commercial Street. Turn
right on Commercial. At
the second light (corner of Commercial and Center) turn left onto
The Portland Fish Pier. Follow the curve to the Marine Trade Center
(three story building). Suite #103 is on the right hand side towards
the end of the lobby.

the South
Maine Turnpike, take Exit 44 to Rte. 295.
From 295 take Exit 4, Commercial Street/Portland Waterfront. After
crossing the Veterans Bridge, turn right onto Commercial Street. At
second set of lights (corner of Commercial and Center) turn right onto The
Portland Fish Pier. Follow the curve to the Marine Trade Center
(three story building). Suite #103 is on the right hand side towards
the end of the lobby.

From the West
Route. 25: Once in Portland, follow
Brighton Avenue for several miles. At next intersection (Brighton,
Falmouth and Ocean), the University of Southern Maine will be on left.
Bear slightly right onto Ocean, with the Law School tower building to your
right, and continue to next light. Turn left onto Park Avenue.
At second light turn right onto State Street. Continue on State,
over the hill and past Longfellow Statue and Mercy Hospital. Get in
left lane after passing Spring Street. At second light, turn left
onto York Street. Take first right onto Park Street and turn left
onto Commercial Street. At next light take right onto The Portland
Fish Pier. Follow the curve to the Marine Trade Center (three story
building). Suite #103 is on the right hand side towards the end of
the lobby.
